My house gives me gifts.

We've closed on the house and are in the process of moving. There were some things left in the library, and I've been working on going through everthing and getting rid of most of it.

While cleaning out the closet, I found these.

In case you're not sure what you're looking at, they're three different models of Kodak Brownie. From left to right, we have the six-16, the six-20 and the Brownie Baby.
The cameras were made in the 1930s by the Eastman Kodak Company and originally listed for a few dollars each.
My husband found a manual for the two bigger cameras online.

  1. I researched a bit more and found these are the 40s models. Brownie Target Six-16 and Six-20. The little one is the Baby Brownie Special.
